The Fusion Counter is a mobile cooking counter that utilises the Electrostatic Precipitation (ESP) technology to eliminate up to 95% of oil, grease and smoke vapours from the cooking process.

This stainless steel cooking table with a glass panel enable users to do portable cooking with a space-saving set-up where there is also an air cleaner included within the set-up for fume and odour purification and do not require any forms of ducting.
